Shipping Policy
1. Processing time
Every order is quality-checked and carefully packed before it leaves us - this takes 1-2 business days from when your payment is confirmed. You'll get a dispatch notification by email and WhatsApp the moment it ships.
2. Domestic shipping (within India)
Shipping is free on every domestic order - nothing is added at checkout. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your pin code.
3. International shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated dynamically at checkout based on your destination country and the parcel's weight, and shown to you before payment - never added afterward. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 10-20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing in your country.

4. Customs & import duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by your country's customs authority. These are not included in your order total and are the recipient's responsibility to pay on arrival. Charges vary by country and by the value of your order - we're not able to predict or waive them.
5. Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, we send a tracking number and link by email and WhatsApp. You can also find it on your Orders page once signed in.
6. Delays
Festival periods, customs backlogs, weather, and regional courier disruptions can occasionally push delivery beyond the timelines above. We monitor dispatched orders and will reach out if we see a delay worth flagging.
